Chicago is famous for deep dish, but the pizza people here actually eat is thin crust cut in squares. It came out of Chicagoland taverns after the war as a bar snack, and people still call it party cut. The corner pieces are the good ones, and everybody at the table knows it. Deep dish is for company. This shirt is for Friday night, the booth, and whoever gets the corners.
