Refund policy

Because every piece is made to order, we don't take returns for a change of mind. There's no stockroom to put it back in.

If something is wrong with what you got, we fix it. Misprint, wrong item, a hole, a stitch that's off, damage in the box: send a photo to hello@mayvick.co within 30 days of delivery and we'll make a new one and ship it, no charge. You keep the first one.

Sizing: every measurement is on our size guide, and the crewnecks run small, so order one size up. If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 14 days. We'll make one exchange per order, free, once. The original doesn't need to come back.

Hats and beanies are one size and final sale unless defective.

Refunds for defects go to the original payment method within 5 business days of our email.
