Shipping policy

Everything is made when you order it. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping inside the U.S. takes another 3 to 5. Call it about a week, sometimes a little more in December.

Shipping is $6.95 flat in the U.S. and free over $75. We only ship within the U.S. for now.

Orders are printed at a shop in the U.S. and ship from there, so the tracking email may come from a city that isn't Algonquin. That's normal.

Once production starts we can't change the address or the size, so check both before you pay. If you catch a mistake in the first hour, email us and we'll try.

If a package shows delivered and isn't there, give it a day, check with neighbors, then email us. We'll sort it out.
