How long until it gets here?
Everything is made when you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days and U.S. shipping takes another 3 to 5. Call it about a week, sometimes a little more in December.
What does shipping cost?
$6.95 flat in the U.S., free over $75. We only ship within the U.S. for now.
What is a plate?
A flat drawing in two or three inks, a number, and a fact we checked twice. Plate numbers start at 00 and never get reused.
What is the difference between Essentials and drops?
Essentials stay in stock. Drops are numbered plates made for a limited window, then retired.
What size should I order?
Every measurement is on the size guide. Crewnecks run small, so order one size up. The Bone pieces run small too.
Can I return something?
Every piece is made to order, so we don't take returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong, send a photo to hello@mayvick.co within 30 days of delivery and we'll make a new one at no charge. Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 14 days for one free exchange per order. Hats and beanies are final sale unless defective.
Can I change my order after I pay?
Once production starts we can't change the address or the size, so check both before you pay. If you catch a mistake in the first hour, email us and we'll try.
Where does it ship from?
Orders are printed at a shop in the U.S. and ship from there, so the tracking email may come from a city that isn't Algonquin. That's normal.
