Dipped Italian Beef Dad Hat

The Italian beef is Chicago's sandwich: thin-sliced roast beef on a roll, and a choice you make at the counter. Dipped means the whole roll goes under the beef juice. Sweet is roasted bell peppers, hot is giardiniera, the pickled pepper relish. Who invented the Italian beef is still an argument, and we're staying out of it.
